2017 Estate Pinot Noir
Our flagship Pinot Noir - composition of clones and block-specific conditions. Vinification includes 30% whole cluster fermention on native yeasts. Aged 11 months in French oak (20% new), the wine is focused, age-worthy and provides the ultimate "sense of place".
Nose: Heady notes of savory red fruit (cranberry, pomegrantate).
Bouche: Crunchy red cranberry, chalk, and dark cherry couche. Light-medium body. Solid structure, concise finish.
