2016 Estate Pinot Noir
Our flagship - a composition of clones and block-specific conditions. Vinification included, 60% whole cluster fermention on native yeasts. Aged 11 months in French oak (25% new), it is focused and age-worthy.
A balancing act between red-tone and dark fruits, the bouquet features notes of strawberry tops, pomegranate, black cherry, baking spices and minerals. Found in the recesses, aromas of cherry pit, vanilla-cream, rose hips and black teas. Medium weight.
